Where is my order? ⌄
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking email with your USPS tracking number. Use our order tracking tool to check your status. Please allow 3–5 business days for printing, then 3–5 business days for delivery. If it's been over 10 business days, email us at [email protected].
Can I cancel or change my order? ⌄
We start printing quickly! If you need to cancel or make a change, email [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help. After 24 hours the order may already be in production.
What are the products made from? ⌄
All KnitKitCo products are 3D printed using high-quality PLA and TPU filaments, designed for durability and a clean finish.
How long does shipping take? ⌄
All products are made to order and printed within 3–5 business days. Standard shipping then takes an additional 3–5 business days. Express options are available at checkout. Orders over $75 ship free within the US!

Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Submit a return request here and we'll take care of you.
