By using knitkitco.com and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Products

All KnitKitCo products are 3D printed to order. Colors may vary slightly from photos due to filament variations. Product dimensions are approximate.

Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD unless converted by our currency tool
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or suspected fraud
• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement — email [email protected]

Shipping

All orders are printed within 3–5 business days then shipped via USPS. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. KnitKitCo is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To start a return use the Returns form on our website.

Intellectual Property

All KnitKitCo designs, logos, and content are owned by KnitKitCo and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

KnitKitCo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
